You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
🚚 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (for change of mind)
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, ClickCart will cover the return shipping cost
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
